EXECUTION: Execution of the electrical system engineering for the General Rodriguez Plant. / August 2022 – October 2023.

Engineering Specification

  • Study and survey of the electrical system of the General Rodriguez industrial complex, from the supply point of EDENOR SA at 33 kV, down to the terminals of the low-voltage distribution boards (TGBT), which includes:
  • 2 Transformers of 20 MVA 33/13.2 kV, step-down transformer station, main primary maneuver and distribution center at 13.2 kV; 2 secondary distribution centers at 13.2 kV.
  • 41 Internal distribution transformers, with their respective TGBTs, study of the center of gravity of electrical loads.
  • Conceptual engineering for technological upgrading, organization, and technical project of the medium-voltage (MT) and low-voltage (BT) power system.
  • Determination of the list of primary low-voltage loads.
  • Determination of Icc (short-circuit current), in MT and BT.
  • Design and projection of a new centralized internal distribution center.
  • Design of a new 3.75 MVA CT 11
  • Design of a new 6 MVA CT 12, from 13.2 kV to 3.3 kV for power motors.
  • Design of a new 5 MVA CT 13.
  • Calculation and design of an automatic power factor correction system. 9000 kVAr for the entire plant in BT.
  • Calculation and design of an automatic power factor correction system. 1125 kVAr for the machine room in MT at 3.3 kV.
  • Technological retrofit of the current distribution center.
  • Creation of a model technical specification that regulates and determines technical specifications, performance standards, and quality for all MT and BT electrical installations.
  • General technical specifications, tender documents.
  • Generation of more than 480 technical documents.
  • Over 1850 hours of engineering work.”

Engineering Detail

  • The totality of the detailed engineering, of a 13.2 Kv feeder. (2680 hours of Engineering)
  • Development and design of TGBT of 5000 A, 65 KA, internal arc proof. With 14 sectional outlets.
  • Development and design of TGBT of 1600 A, 65 KA, internal arc proof. With 8 sectional outlets.
  • Development and design of CFP of 810, KVAr, .
  • Development and design of TSA of (services).
  • Development and design of PAT grid of new SET of 3 MVA.
  • Design of civil works corresponding to the electrical work in Gral.
  • BT and MT pipeline design for the entire plant.
  • Development and design of 2 totally Fireproof Shelters, a LV room, and a MV and Transformer cell room.

Manufacturing

  • Manufacture of Shelters, (1 Fireproof electrical room 36 Mts 2) customized for LV rooms and (1 Fireproof electrical room 18Mts 2) customized for MT, UTA + Trafo + cells.
  • Manufacture and assembly of TGBT from 5000 to 65 KA, internal arc proof, with its corresponding bus duct and flexible coupling between Trafo and TGBT.
  • Manufacture and commissioning of PFC of 810 KVAr.
  • Manufacture and assembly of automation system and automatic transfer of 2 1150 KVA generator sets.
  • Execution of the PAT system, soil movement of 350 Mts3 and the equipotential bonding system of the PAT of the plant and its TB.
  • Execution of civil works, stalls for SET, support bases for cable tray distribution vine supports; 3650 meters of 160 mm pipes with 32 1.2×1.2×1.4 inspection cameras, for laying MV and LV wiring.
  • Execution of electromechanical work, logistics, Shelter assembly, transformer substation, MV feeders, MV cell room.
  • Execution of aerial pipeline works by means of 720 Mts trays, 340 mts of heavy pipe, laying of more than 14.5 Km of MT and BT power cables. For power distribution.

Ingeniería de detalle

  • La totalidad de la ingenieria de detalle, para fabricación de (4) TGBT de 2500 a prueba de arco interno,  (2) CCM para sector de secado a prueba de arco interno. (2680 hs de Ingenieria)
  • Tendido de canalizaciones y cableado a cargas.
  • Desarrollo y diseño de TGBT de 2500 A, 65 KA, a prueba de Arco interno.
  • Desarrollo y diseño de TSA de (servicios)
  • Diseño de canalización de BT y MT, para toda la planta (1480 hs de Ingenieria)

Fabricación

  • Fabricación y montaje de TGBT (4) de 2500 A  65 KA, a prueba de arco interno, (2) CCM para sector de secado, 34 columnas en total.con su correspondiente Ducto de barras y flexible de acople entre Trafo y TGBT.
  • Diseño y fabricación de ducto de barras  de generación de 4600 A, su sistema de acople flexible a cada TGBT y TBG. 16 mts de largo
  • Fabricación y montaje puesta en marcha de CFP de 810 KVAr.
  • Fabricación y montaje de sistema de automatización y transferencia automática y sincronización de 2 grupos electrógenos de 1150 KVA.
  • Ejecución de obra civil, de 34 mts de trinchera de H.A. para cables de 1.4×1.2mts.
  • Ejecución de obra electromecánica, de logística, montaje de 34 Columnas de tablero a prueba de arco interno, (4) sub estación transformadora de 1.25 MVA, alimentadores de MT sala de celdas de MT.
  • Ejecución de obra de canalizaciones aérea por medio de bandejas 290 Mts, 229 mts de caño pesado, tendido de más 6.5 Km de cables de potencia de BT. Para distribución de energía.
